What is CVE-2026-45666?

The Open WebUI platform, designed for offline AI operations, has an authorization flaw in its API endpoint (/api/v1/notes/{note_id}) prior to version 0.8.11. This issue allows authenticated users to access notes belonging to other users by guessing or enumerating UUIDs, leading to the unauthorized disclosure of potentially sensitive information. This vulnerability has been addressed in version 0.8.11.
