What is CVE-2026-46444?

Flowise, a user-friendly drag & drop interface for building customized large language model flows, had a vulnerability that allowed unauthenticated access to all CRUD endpoints for the OpenAI Assistants Vector Store prior to version 3.1.2. Specifically, the API route /api/v1/openai-assistants-vector-store lacked necessary authentication middleware. Although API key authentication was required, there were no checks on the permissions for any operations, exposing system interactions to unauthorized users. This issue has been addressed in version 3.1.2, emphasizing the importance of maintaining updated software for security.
