What is CVE-2026-46694?

EspoCRM, an open source customer relationship management platform, allows portal users with stream access to parent records to retrieve Notes directly through the portal Note API. This creates a risk where, if the note identifier is known, users could access internal content not intended for them, despite stream list responses masking notes marked with an internal status. This issue was mitigated in version 9.3.7, which now enforces proper access controls for direct Note retrieval.
