What is CVE-2026-47046?

A vulnerability in the RDBMS component of Oracle Database Server permits an unauthenticated attacker with network access through Oracle Net to exploit the database. This may lead to significant disruptions, including the ability to cause the database to hang or repeatedly crash, resulting in a denial of service.
