What is CVE-2026-47154?

In Silicon Labs EmberZNet versions up to 9.0.2, a malformed GetProfileResponse message may cause out-of-bounds reads during the processing of interval entries, potentially leading to application termination. This issue is triggered by devices that are members of the network and only affects those that support the Simple Metering cluster. While the vulnerability poses a risk of disruption, it does not allow for information leakage back to the message sender, making it essential for affected users to assess their network configurations.
