What is CVE-2026-47660?

An identified vulnerability in Pathling, a toolset designed for FHIR and clinical terminology in health data analytics, allows an attacker to exploit the bulk-submit operation. Prior to version 2.0.0, this operation permits an allowed submitter to manipulate the oauthMetadataUrl parameter without proper validation against allowable sources. Consequently, the OAuth flow may trust unauthorized metadata and token endpoints originating from potentially harmful locations, risking the integrity of user credentials in OAuth client authentication. This risk was addressed in the updated Pathling Server 2.0.0.
