What is CVE-2026-47687?

The FOG Cloning and Imaging System allows unescaped user input in its selectForm() helper, leading to a potential JavaScript injection vulnerability. An attacker can exploit this by sending a crafted sysproduct value associated with a known MAC address to the service endpoint. When administrators access the inventory report, the malicious payload can execute arbitrary JavaScript in their browsers, posing significant security risks. Users are advised to upgrade to versions 1.5.10.1832 or 1.6.0-beta.2313 or later to mitigate this vulnerability.
