What is CVE-2026-48016?

Shopware, an open commerce platform, contains a vulnerability in its Store API endpoint, where user-controlled orderId parameters can be manipulated. The flaw allows unauthorized users, including guests and customers, to initiate payment processes for orders that do not belong to them, defeating the ownership verification intended by the platform. This issue has been addressed in versions 6.6.10.18 and 6.7.10.1, which implement checks for order ownership and guest-order authentication to enhance security.
