What is CVE-2026-48078?

OpenReception’s appointment booking software, which features end-to-end encryption, has a significant vulnerability in its unauthenticated API endpoint, /api/tenants/{id}/schedule. Prior to version 1.0.5, this endpoint inadvertently exposes sensitive information about non-archived channels, including names, descriptions, IDs, and availability statuses, regardless of their isPublic settings. This flaw allows unauthorized users to access internal service information that should remain hidden, contradicting the intended data access controls within the software's design. Version 1.0.5 has been released to address and rectify this issue.
