What is CVE-2026-48237?

Open ISES Tickets prior to version 3.44.2 is susceptible to a SQL injection flaw in the message.php file. This vulnerability occurs when the frm_ticket_id and frm_resp_id POST parameters are directly included in the WHERE clauses of SQL SELECT and UPDATE statements without proper sanitization. As a result, authenticated attackers can exploit this weakness by crafting specific requests that may lead to unauthorized database actions, including reading, modifying, or even destroying sensitive data.
