What is CVE-2026-48536?

GFI Archiver prior to version 15.13 is susceptible to a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability found in the General Settings SMTP configuration. Authenticated attackers can exploit this issue by injecting arbitrary web scripts or HTML via the SMTP server address parameter on the /Archiver/GeneralSettingsWizard.aspx page. The malicious payload is saved without proper output encoding through the GeneralSettingsWizard.SaveAllConfigSettings() method, allowing it to be executed in the browsers of users who later access the General Settings page.
