What is CVE-2026-49226?

The Vvveb CMS has a security flaw that allows low-privileged authors to access and manipulate posts owned by others. Specifically, the backend controller related to post operations lacks proper validation on the admin_id parameter, enabling unauthorized actions such as viewing, duplicating, or deleting posts and their metadata. This vulnerability can lead to exposure of private drafts, loss of data integrity, and disruptions in content management. The issue has been addressed in version 1.0.8.4.
