Rocket.Chat, a secure and customizable open-source communication platform, contains a vulnerability affecting its visitors.info endpoint. Prior to certain versions, the response returned an unnecessary token, which could compromise user security. This token's presence is unwarranted with no discernible use case, making its removal a vital enhancement for securing user data. The vulnerability has been addressed in versions 8.5.0, 8.4.2, 8.3.4, 8.2.4, 8.1.5, 8.0.6, 7.13.8, and 7.10.12.
