What is CVE-2026-5135?

A security flaw has been identified in Foreman that allows an authenticated user with host-edit permissions to alter lookup value overrides for different hosts. This occurs when the match field is modified using nested host attributes, circumventing expected authorization measures. As a consequence, this vulnerability may lead to unauthorized changes in the configurations of managed hosts across various organizational and geographical boundaries.
