What is CVE-2026-51600?

The Tenda CP3 V3.0 firmware version V31.1.9.91 is susceptible to a denial-of-service vulnerability due to improper validation of the Content-Length header in RTSP requests. When an RTSP request, such as DESCRIBE, SETUP, or PLAY, is made with a Content-Length header but no accompanying message body, the RTSP parser enters a persistent body-awaiting state. This situation can lead to the affected TCP connection becoming non-functional and does not trigger an active closure of the connection, resulting in a TCP resource leak. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this flaw to create a denial-of-service condition, impacting the availability of the device.
