A business logic vulnerability has been identified in gougucms version 4.08.18 that impacts the user registration functionality through the reg_submit method located in Login.php. This flaw allows for the manipulation of the 'level' argument, resulting in the potential for dynamically-determined object attributes. Such manipulation can facilitate remote attacks, making it possible for an unauthorized user to exploit these vulnerabilities. Despite disclosure attempts to the vendor, there has been no response, putting users at risk.
