What is CVE-2026-55631?

DataEase, an open source data visualization and analysis tool, is affected by a vulnerability in its font management module. Authenticated users are able to submit an arbitrary filename when creating a font record. Upon deletion of that record, the stored filename can be unsafely concatenated with the font storage directory. This lack of path traversal sanitization enables deletion of arbitrary writable files residing in the application container. The issue was addressed in version 2.10.24, ensuring safe file handling.
