What is CVE-2026-56218?

The Capgo product, prior to version 12.128.2, is susceptible to a serious flaw where it fails to properly sanitize EXIF metadata from uploaded images. This vulnerability allows malicious actors to download images that contain sensitive EXIF data, which includes GPS geolocation coordinates revealing the user's exact location at the time the image was captured.
