What is CVE-2026-56723?

A vulnerability in the Zammad Helpdesk System allows users to bypass authorization checks for internal ticket articles. Specifically, users who can view a ticket may access internal articles through an attachment download endpoint, despite these articles not being listed with the ticket. This inconsistent access control could lead to unauthorized information disclosure. The issue is resolved in version 7.0.2.
