What is CVE-2026-56788?

RTKLIB versions up to 2.4.3 have a vulnerability in the getcodepri function that can be exploited when handling unrecognized RINEX observation codes. Attackers can craft RINEX files with unknown observation types to manipulate the processing, prompting negative array indexing into the codepris table. This exploitation can lead to application crashes and may expose adjacent global data in memory, facilitating further attacks.
