What is CVE-2026-56840?

PraisonAI, a multi-agent collaboration tool, is prone to a JavaScript injection vulnerability due to improper handling of input in the approval dashboard. Versions from 4.5.2 up to 4.6.58 allow an attacker to render malicious JavaScript by manipulating tool approval arguments. This occurs when the approving user accesses a specially crafted approval URL, leading to the execution of the injected script within the dashboard context. This could enable unauthorized approvals through automated requests. The issue has been resolved in version 4.6.59.

Affected Version(s)

PraisonAI >= 4.5.2, < 4.6.59
