What is CVE-2026-58450?

Invoice Ninja versions up to 5.13.26 contain an open redirect vulnerability in the client portal login. This issue allows unauthenticated attackers to craft malicious login links that redirect authenticated users to attacker-controlled external URLs. By injecting a harmful value into the intended query parameter, attackers can exploit the session handling mechanism, which fails to validate the host before performing a redirect. This vulnerability exposes users to potential phishing attacks after they log in to the legitimate portal.

Affected Version(s)

invoiceninja 0 <= 5.13.26

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
