What is CVE-2026-59323?

An application leveraging Micrometer Tracing with W3C baggage propagation may be susceptible to denial of service due to unbounded object allocation when processing incoming baggage headers. This vulnerability arises when applications configured with W3C propagation and baggage management accept requests from untrusted sources. If not properly managed, attackers can exploit this flaw by sending oversized baggage headers, leading to excessive garbage collection, high CPU utilization, and potential application crashes due to memory exhaustion.
