What is CVE-2026-6086?

The vulnerability exists within the StockAgile API and management panel, specifically in the server-side REST endpoint '/inventory/configuration/serial-number-types'. It enables the injection and persistence of malicious JavaScript code through various input parameters, such as 'code' and 'name'. Due to inadequate filtering and validation mechanisms, the injected scripts are subsequently rendered on the web panel accessible to authenticated users. An attacker with prior authentication can exploit this flaw to execute arbitrary JavaScript code, posing significant security risks.
