What is CVE-2026-61197?

A vulnerability exists in Oracle Identity Manager within Oracle Fusion Middleware that allows unauthenticated attackers with HTTP network access to compromise the system. Exploitation of this flaw can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, as well as unauthorized access to all data accessible through Oracle Identity Manager.
