What is CVE-2026-61804?

The myTinyWMS open-source warehouse management system has a cross-site scripting vulnerability due to inadequate backend sanitization of the name parameter in product and category management. Prior to version 1.6.4, unescaped database strings were rendered in dynamic table cells, allowing an authenticated attacker to store malicious JavaScript code through the product creation or category forms. This code could execute in the browser context of other users, potentially leading to session theft and administrative takeover when they access the affected pages, such as product sheets or category listings. The vulnerability has been patched in version 1.6.4.
