What is CVE-2026-62229?
OpenClaw versions before 2026.5.18 are susceptible to an authorization bypass issue. This vulnerability occurs during glob matching of the exec allowlist, enabling lower-trust actors to bypass intended authorization controls. By carefully crafting input paths that can traverse through the defined allowlist glob patterns, attackers can execute or persist unauthorized actions, especially if the associated feature is enabled.
