What is CVE-2026-62519?

A vulnerability exists in the Oracle Succession planning component of Oracle E-Business Suite that allows an attacker with low privileges and network access to compromise the system. Affected versions include 12.2.3 through 12.2.15. This issue can lead to unauthorized updates, inserts, or deletions of accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to certain subsets of this data. Furthermore, it can potentially cause a partial denial of service in the Oracle Succession planning application, putting sensitive data at risk and affecting operations.
