What is CVE-2026-63087?

Grafana OnCall up to version 1.16.11 is susceptible to an unauthenticated access vulnerability that enables remote attackers to retrieve a valid PluginAuthToken. By exploiting a flaw in the internal plugin install endpoint and using hardcoded default stack_id and org_id values, attackers can gain unauthorized access. Once they acquire this token, they can authenticate against various internal API endpoints, create unauthorized Admin users through the user-context header bootstrap path, revoke legitimate plugin tokens, and even redirect API calls to an attacker-controlled server by manipulating the organization's grafana_url and api_token settings.

Affected Version(s)

oncall 0 <= 1.16.11

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
