What is CVE-2026-63146?

The Omnispace Agora Project prior to version 26.10.0 has a code injection vulnerability that occurs during the installation phase. This vulnerability is exploited when unescaped, attacker-controlled values are written into the config.inc.php file. It allows malicious users to inject arbitrary PHP code through a combination of File::updateConfigFile() and DbInstall::dbControl(). Additionally, the vulnerability is compounded by an SQL injection flaw enabled by PDO::ATTR_EMULATE_PREPARES supporting stacked queries. By leveraging these weaknesses, attackers can re-trigger the installer, leading to unauthenticated remote code execution on the affected systems, which poses significant risks to security and data integrity.
