What is CVE-2026-63159?

The Omnispace Agora Project prior to version 26.10.0 is susceptible to a vulnerability that allows unauthenticated users to take over accounts by exploiting a predictable password-reset token mechanism. This flaw arises from the use of a deterministic hash function, where the reset token is generated as sha1(login.password). Consequently, attackers can compute or brute-force this reset token by utilizing known or guessed login credentials. This vulnerability enables the creation of forged password-reset requests, granting unauthorized access to user accounts.
