What is CVE-2026-63434?

MyTube, a self-hosted video downloader and player, has a vulnerability that allows users with visitor roles to submit crafted events to its statistics ingestion endpoint. This occurs due to a lack of server-side validation on fields such as platform, sourceKind, and sessionId when certain tracking features are enabled. As a result, unauthorized users can skew analytics data, affecting view counts, download metrics, and overall session performance. This vulnerability has been addressed in version 1.10.6, which implements necessary validation checks.
