What is CVE-2026-63733?

SurrealDB versions prior to 3.2.0 are susceptible to a permissions bypass vulnerability, enabling attackers with a certain level of access to execute data-modifying statements in the PERMISSIONS clauses without appropriate enforcement. This flaw allows unauthorized write operations to tables for which an attacker lacks explicit permissions, leading to potential data corruption and unintended alterations.
