What is CVE-2026-65584?

This vulnerability arises from improper GPU system calls executed by software running as a non-privileged user, leading to a stack overflow within the kernel. This situation occurs when the system processes Linux/Android fence synchronization checkpoints. During this process, user checkpoints are excluded from the stack array, allowing excessive data to be copied from an internal buffer, ultimately corrupting kernel memory and resulting in a denial-of-service condition due to kernel crashes.

Affected Version(s)

Graphics DDK Linux 1.18 RTM2

Graphics DDK Linux 23.2 RTM2

Graphics DDK Linux 24.2 RTM2
