What is CVE-2026-65689?
Bold Reports Standalone Report Designer prior to version 14.1.12 contains a vulnerability that permits unauthenticated attackers to exploit a weakness in the database download feature. By crafting specific requests, they can bypass filepath validation, gaining the ability to access arbitrary files on the server's filesystem. This flaw could lead to the exposure of sensitive information, including authentication credentials, ultimately allowing attackers unauthorized access to the application and its data.
