What is CVE-2026-65917?
CyberPanel, up to version 1.9.1, is susceptible to an insecure direct object reference (IDOR) vulnerability in its IncBackups application. Authenticated users can exploit this flaw to access or manipulate the backup resources of other tenants using a globally sequential IncJob ID that is not restricted to the user's domain. This weakness allows attackers to enumerate backup IDs, access another tenant's backup metadata, irreparably delete backup snapshots, or initiate unauthorized restoration processes, potentially leading to significant data breaches and loss of control.
