What is CVE-2026-67269?

The Dell Container Storage Modules (CSM) Operator, prior to version 1.18.0, has a vulnerability related to improper privilege management within its Custom Resource reconciler. This flaw allows a remote attacker with low privileges to exploit the system, leading to potential escalation of privileges. If successfully executed, an attacker could gain root-level access to the cluster nodes, posing significant risks to the integrity and security of the container ecosystem.
