What is CVE-2026-69101?

Datavane TIS v5.0.0 is vulnerable to an XML external entity (XXE) injection that allows authenticated attackers to manipulate the server's request handling. By supplying a specially crafted taskScript payload to the doEditWorkflow endpoint, attackers can exploit the unhardened XML processing and initiate server-side request forgery. This can lead to unauthorized outbound HTTP requests and potential exfiltration of sensitive files, including configuration details and Derby database credentials.
