What is CVE-2026-69194?

FileRise, a self-hosted file management tool, has a security concern in its API that exposes the raw footer HTML provided by the administrator. This occurs through an unauthenticated configuration API that lacks server-side sanitization. Although the frontend sanitizes this content before displaying it, the exposure of unfiltered HTML to clients can pose risks, especially if malicious content is stored. Administrators should update to version 3.21.0 or later to mitigate this issue.
