What is CVE-2026-71914?

Multiple models of DrayTek VigorAP are affected by a command injection vulnerability in the dray_apm component. This issue arises from inadequate validation of UDP message content during the START_SPEED_TEST operation, allowing remote attackers to exploit this weakness. By sending specially crafted messages, attackers can execute arbitrary commands on the affected devices with root privileges, potentially compromising network security.
