What is CVE-2026-71934?

Multiple DrayTek VigorSwitch models have a buffer overflow vulnerability in the pingtrace function due to insufficient length checks on concatenated input. This flaw allows a remote attacker to send crafted input, which may lead to a denial of service or execute arbitrary commands on the device. However, exploitation of this vulnerability requires valid administrative credentials to access the device's web management interface.
