The SiYuan Document Management System versions up to 3.7.2 have a vulnerability that allows for SQL injection through manipulated backlink or mention search queries. This occurs due to improper escaping of single quotes in client-supplied keywords, enabling attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands.
