What is CVE-2026-72879?
A command injection vulnerability exists in Dokploy, a self-hostable Platform as a Service, where the getRegistryCommands() function improperly interpolates user-supplied registry credentials into shell commands. This flaw allows authenticated users with project access to exploit the issue by configuring malicious registry parameters. Consequently, they could execute arbitrary OS commands on the server hosting Dokploy, as well as read or modify host files and access other Docker containers. This vulnerability was resolved in version 0.29.8.
