What is CVE-2026-73809?

A vulnerability in certain Ebyte gateway products permits cleartext transmission of sensitive information through its web management interface. The lack of sufficient transport-layer encryption allows an attacker with access to the network traffic to intercept critical authentication and session information exchanged between users and the devices. This exposure can lead to unauthorized access and control over device management functionalities, thereby compromising the security of the network.
