What is CVE-2026-73843?

OpenChoreo, an open-source developer platform for Kubernetes, exposes a vulnerability where caller-facing management APIs are served without adequate authentication on the externally reachable agent listener. This design flaw allows attackers to exploit the /api/proxy/ and /api/exec/ operations, facilitating unauthorized access to the data-plane Kubernetes API and the ability to execute commands within workload pods across multi-cluster deployments. This vulnerability has been addressed in versions 1.0.2 and 1.1.2.
