What is CVE-2026-75164?

The MBS-Solutions X-Serie Gateway firmware version V6_00_05 has a vulnerability that permits a remote authenticated user, assigned a low-privileged Standard role, to exploit an arbitrary file read issue. This vulnerability is present in the /cgi-bin/ugwdownload.cgi script, enabling unauthorized access to sensitive files on the device filesystem through manipulation of the file query string parameter. If compromised, this could lead to exposure of confidential information on the affected devices, posing significant risks to users and organizations.
