What is CVE-2026-75168?

A vulnerability exists in the ugw-editfile method of the /cgi-bin/wwwugw.cgi file in MBS-Solutions X-Serie Gateway firmware version V6_00_05. This issue allows a remote authenticated user with the Standard role, which has low privileges, to write arbitrary content to files located within the /uxx/config/ and /ugw/config/ directories. Consequently, this could lead to unauthorized modifications of critical configuration files, potentially compromising the security and functionality of the gateway.
