What is CVE-2026-75507?
The GraphQL-core library, a Python version of the GraphQL.js implementation, contains a flaw in the OverlappingFieldsCanBeMerged validation rule. This vulnerability enables an unauthenticated remote attacker to craft intricate GraphQL queries with repetitive inline fragments, which could lead to excessive CPU consumption. As a result, this poses risks for multi-worker services that may become unresponsive or degraded under heavy load. The issue is resolved in the updated versions 3.2.12 and 3.3.0rc1.
