What is CVE-2026-75858?

CodeWhale versions 0.8.41 through 0.8.63 include a vulnerability in the rlm_eval tool, which allows an attacker to execute arbitrary Python code remotely. The issue arises because the tool's approval_requirement() function is set to return ApprovalRequirement::Auto, bypassing user configuration for approval policies. This can lead to unintended execution of malicious code when the agent processes untrusted content such as web pages or file inputs. Users should upgrade to version 0.8.64 or later to mitigate this risk.

Affected Version(s)

CodeWhale 0.8.33 < 0.8.41

CodeWhale 0.8.33 < 0.8.41
