What is CVE-2026-77086?

The SiYuan application, prior to version 3.7.4, contains a vulnerability in its handling of the packageName parameter within the Bazaar install and uninstall endpoints. This security flaw permits authenticated administrators to exploit directory traversal sequences, allowing them to write arbitrary files to any directory or recursively delete directories using crafted packageName values. As a result, attackers with administrative privileges can compromise the file system security of the application.
